After placing your order through the store checkout, send the total amount to any of the payment methods listed on the order confirmation page.

Please email your proof of payment to [ lacelazier(at)yahoo.com ] and wait for confirmation.

Orders will be processed as soon as payment is received. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production and fulfillment.

As all items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations or refunds, so please make sure your order is final before checking out.

Items are shipped nationwide through third-party couriers. 
Estimated delivery days are 1-2 days for Metro Manila, up to a week or more for customers all over the Philippines.

Instant delivery is available for customers within Metro Manila (Grab / Lalamove)
Please indicate this as your preferred shipping method in the e-mail.

Tracking numbers will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched.

While we pack all items securely, the courier service operates independently from our shop. Because of this, we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during shipment.

The prices listed in this shop are applicable to customers within the Philippines only.

For customers located outside the Philippines, orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.

International pricing differs from local rates due to overseas shipping logistics, handling requirements, and courier regulations. As a result, international rates are generally higher than the prices shown in this shop and may also be subject to additional fees or import tariffs depending on your location.
